Are you tired of feeling like you can't enjoy food? Sick of jumping from one diet to the next, only to end up binging and gaining even more weight than before?

Tired of closet shuffling between "fat" and "skinny" clothes and Shame and Guilt about your body and food? Learn how I conquered a 20-year battle and finally achieved Body and Food Freedom, without:

  • Strict food rules
  • Constant hunger
  • Excessive gym hours
  • Pills and Potions
  • Expensive gadgets
  • Magical whishes

As a lifelong yo-yo dieter, I know first-hand the struggles of constantly battling with your weight. Feeling shame and guilt for not being able to control your eating habits and keeping the excessive weight off. It can be frustrating to try every diet and weight loss program out there, only to end up back where you started and gaining even more weight.

But don't blame yourself –we have been taught to believe that restrictive diets are the only way to lose weight, leading to rebound weight gain and a negative relationship with food and your body.

The good news is that there's a better way. You can break free from the yo-yo diet trap and learn to nourish your body without feeling deprived or restricted. And the best part? It doesn't have to be years of trial and error like I went through.

It took me 10 years to finally gather all the missing pieces and put them together. It's been a long, often emotional journey filled with ups and downs.

Along the way, I've met many mentors and tried countless techniques. Some worked for me, and others didn't. But, through it all, I learned so much about myself and what I truly needed to thrive. And, that's how I created my unique formula.

It's been an incredible transformation for me, and now for my clients. I know what it feels like to be stuck in that vicious cycle of weight loss and weight gain, and it can be such a painful and emotional place to be. But, with my formula, you can finally break free from that cycle and achieve the food freedom and weight loss goals you've been dreaming of.

So, if you're feeling frustrated, hopeless, or overwhelmed, know that there's hope. You don't have to continue struggling on your own.

Would losing weight, keeping it off,

having food freedom, no more binging and emotional eating improve your life?

Imagine how your life would look like when this becomes your reality! Imgaine being able to eat anyting you want without ending up biniging and overeating and gaining weight!

Testimonial: "We worked on different food cravings which I still find absolutely mind blowing how after just one session I no longer had those cravings ever" Laura, Maltaince.

I know it may sound too good to be true, but trust me, I understand where you're coming from.

Twenty years ago, I never would have believed that I could break free from the food prison I was in.

The self-punishment and body hate was overwhelming, and I didn't think there was a way out.

But, over the years, I've developed techniques that have completely transformed my relationship with food and my body.

And the best part? Some of these techniques can remove cravings in just one session. It may sound unbelievable, but I've seen it happen with my own clients and myself over and over again! (There is even science and studies backing this up!)

The look on my clients' faces when their cravings disappear is truly Priceless!

Hi, my name is Elleria, (known as Ellie), I’m a body confidence coach. And for 20 years, diet after diet failed me, my binges got worse and bulimia was the result.

I ended up feeling lost, alone, exhausted and out of control! It got so bad I found myself deeper into my depression and I couldn't see a way out!

I knew how to lose weight, but I couldn’t stand the hunger! The pull to all the forbidden foods was too tempting and too strong. The devil in me always won. Hello, guilt and shame!

More shame was to come – my "lack" of willpower and the fact that I had failed...... again…….meant it is time for another diet! The only thing I could think of was…. "Fuck it! Since it’s already ruined I’ll just eat everything I can get my hands on!" And the binge zombie took over!

Constantly Comparing

Myself to others, thinking;

WHY CAN’T I LOOK LIKE HER?

Always hiding my scars from my accident! The shame I felt for the damaged body was too much!

At the age of just three years old, my entire world was turned upside down. A traumatic accident left me with burns covering over 15% of my body.

The physical and emotional pain to come years ahead was indescribable.

The scars on my body were a constant reminder of the trauma I had endured. I felt like I would never be able to move past it.

To make matters worse, I was bullied for being shy and small. A few times my scars were seen by others, and the pointing and staring made me feel like an outcast.

I remember feeling so small and insignificant, like my scars were all anyone could see. The constant taunts and teasing left me feeling worthless and alone. I was desperate to feel like I belonged, but it felt like the world was against me.

I was 14 years old when my issues with food and my weight started….. I remember looking in a fashion magazine, my eyes stopping on a picture of a model, thinking WHY CANT I LOOK LIKE HER? She is skinny, pretty, carefree, flawless, and gorgeous.

Comparing myself to perfectly photo-shopped images, feeling ugly and fat. Always comparing myself to my skinnier and prettier friends. Never feeling as pretty or skinny as they were.

Always bombarded of how I could and should look like to be liked, feel happy and finally accepted and belong.

In my desperation to hide my scars and appear skinny, I developed an unhealthy relationship with food. I skipped meals or didn't eat at all, and when I did eat, I obsessively counted calories and exercised excessively and I purged.

The fear of losing control and gaining weight was always present. Which led to a constant cycle of losing and gaining weight.

It was an exhausting and isolating struggle that left me feeling helpless and alone. I hated my body with every fibre of my being, and I felt like it was worthless, ugly, and fat.

I was constantly trying to lose weight, but no matter what I did, nothing seemed to work for the long run.

The shame and fear of being judged by others for my scars and my weight fluctuations only fuelled the negative thoughts and feelings I already had.

I felt like I was failing over and over again, and I was unable to find a way out of my destructive thought patterns and behaviours.

I was in a constant battle with myself, trying to reconcile my desire to be liked and feel pretty, with my negative self-image and the physical scars on my body.

It was a never-ending struggle that consumed me, and I felt like there was no way out. I could not lose weight, keep it off without ending up with a binge, guilt and shame consuming me.

I was stuck in a quick fix, yo-yo diet mentality that only made everything worse.

A few of the things I tried to lose weight and failed:

  • Weight Watchers - with all the food rules and points to follow, the fear of the scale and the number it would show as a proof of if I´d been "good" or "bad". To stressful! I ended up eating and obsessing more about food and failed completely.
  • Atkins and any other diet that was the "thing" that was supposed to work and keep me skinny!
  • Fasting - the more I wasn't supposed to eat the more I wanted to eat, stuck in obsessive thoughts about food!
  • Disgusting apple cider vinegar to "burn fat".
  • Pills and other potions I could find, anything would do!
  • Smoking packets of cigarette, was a big "meal substitute" for me.
  • Other meal replacements, didn´t fill my hunger at all or stopped my obsessive thoughts about food!

Testimonial: "My cravings for chocolate have changed. I am in a place where I don’t crave and eat mindlessly, without control of the amount. If i want to eat a piece of chocolate I do, but it’s so different, I don’t feel guilty when I do eat. I feel satisfied in a way i have never experienced before." Hanna, Sweden

It pissed me of thinking about how our society makes us feel, how it keeps us trapped in a war with our bodies and with the beauty ideals that are all around us.

It pissed me off that I was stuck in that quick-fix mentality way too long, and I hate it with passion!!!

I see how much the weight loss companies contribute to the suffering that we already have. They keep us feeling like failures. The truth is restrictive diets are not designed to be sustainable for the long run.

Diets keep our bodies and minds in a stressed-out state, activating our survival responses. Hello more failure!

It pissed me off thinking about all the money, and time I wasted, and all the hopes and dreams dashed on the quick-fix weight loss industry.

It's a sad reality that millions of women, men, girls, and boys are stuck in the quick-fix mentality, constantly yo-yo dieting in hopes of reaching their goals. And when they do succeed, the devastation of regaining all the weight they worked so hard to lose is crushing.

Know that you are NOT ALONE, and it does NOT have to be this way.

My permanent and healthy weight loss wasn’t just about calories in and calories out. This way of handling my weight only fuelled my food and body issues and it was only an attempt of treating the symptoms. And not the root causes to why I was eating the way I was.

On my healing journey, I cleared the reasons:

  • WHY I was overeating or not eating at all.
  • WHY I was punishing myself, with deprivation, extreme amount of exercising, purging and all the other crap I did to myself.
  • WHY I was pushing myself, never feeling good enough in any area of my life. The voice in my head was ruthless, kept reminding me of what a failure I was.
  • I rebalanced my body, and reached my healthy weight set point.
  • I recalibrated my mind and could finally stick to healthy habits and stop self-sabotaging.
  • I recentred my heart and emotions, healing core wounds and resolved my issues.

The journey towards breaking free from the yo-yo diet trap felt like a bumpy, lonely, overwhelming, and a never-ending road. There were times when I thought I would never be able to figure it out, but I was determined to keep going.

I was searching for something that I didn't even realize I needed or what I was searching for.

Until I came across a few different mentors along the way. Each of my mentors all had valuable pieces of the puzzle that contributed to my healing. They gave me the guidance, understanding, AHAs, and knowledge that I didn't have. They each brought their own unique perspective and expertise to the table, which opened my eyes to different ways of looking at my situation.

Thanks to these different mentors, I learned about the factors that had been contributing to my cycle of deprivation and overeating, including emotional triggers, negative self-talk, and unrealistic expectations. With their guidance, I was able to shift my mind-set towards self-compassion, mindfulness, and setting realistic goals.

Through all the pieces I collected, and all the different tools I came across along the way, I learned to rebalance my body, heal my heart, shift my mind-set and cultivate a love for my body that I never thought was possible.

Thanks to All the Knowledge and Experiences during my time stuck in the trap and my time trying to get out of the trap. I was able to develop my unique approach and formula to break free from the yo-yo diet trap once and for all!

And it was working. I was doing it. And not only did I lose weight and keep it off, I also felt grateful for and loving toward the body I was in. The same body I once had hated!

I noticed some major shifts taking place:

  • I stopped emotionally eating because I realized I was actually hungry for comfort, connection, love, support and to be included!
  • I became free from my obsessive cravings; I could recognise hunger and fullness – no more binging!
  • I easily chose healthier foods to nourish my body.
  • I could eat what I wanted without guilt and shame – I gave up the FOOD RULES and knew when to stop naturally!
  • I found exercises that I actually enjoy doing that feels good for my body! No more “no pain, no gain” mentality and obsessing about if I’ve exercised enough to get rid of the cake I had.

Testimonial: "One of the sessions was around my habit of reaching for the biscuit jar, craving a particular chocolate chip cookie. After just one-hour session with Elleria, I have not touched this biscuit again, in fact I cannot even look at it on the shelf in the supermarket! I no longer crave it." Anne, UK

Coming through on the other side of the yo-yo diet trap, Food Freedom was just one of many rewards.

It had ripple effects in so many areas of my life.

  • My inner perfectionist calmed down.
  • My anxiety dropped
  • My mood swings calmed down so I could finally express what was going on within me.
  • My relationship with my loved ones improved immensely.
  • My sleep improved.
  • I could set healthy boundaries for myself. I became comfortable saying no to others, and yes to myself - no more people pleasing!
  • My depression disappeared.
  • My self-trust grew. No matter the chaos around me, I used my new tools to anchor myself through the storm.

Now it is my mission to share my knowledge with as many as possible. I don’t want you to spend decades trapped in a game you can’t win!

You are not meant to:

  • Struggle with food - one of our most important basic needs.
  • Miss out on life because you hate your body.

You are meant to:

  • Have fun in life, enjoy your relationships, feel energized and create the life you want and deserve.
  • Feel beautiful, loveable, confident and worthy.

My path to freedom was long and challenging! It took the guidance of several mentors, as well as a variety of approaches and techniques. But finally, I reached a state of freedom that allowed me to nourish my body in a healthy way and appreciate the body I am in.

My approach is very different from what you have tried before. You will remove the reasons why you are stuck in the never ending cycle of diets. The roller coaster of your weight going up and down. You will lose weight and finally keep it off for good! Here is how:

What is Body and Mind Coaching?
What is Trauma Focused Hypnotherapy?
What is EFT

EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique (also called Tapping) is a technique that combines elements of traditional therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acupuncture. EFT involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on a particular issue or problem. It's a method of releasing negative emotions, beliefs, and traumas from the body and mind, and replacing them with empowering ones.

The theory behind EFT is that negative emotions and beliefs cause energy blockages in the body, which can lead to physical and emotional problems. By tapping on these acupressure points, we can release these blockages and restore the body's natural energy flow. EFT can be used to address a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, phobias, addictions, trauma, physical pain and weightloss.

Is there any research about EFT and and if its working for weightloss, emotional eating and cravings?

Oh yes!

EFT has been used to address weight loss, emotional eating, and cravings. Here are some more specific research, statistics, and results:

Weight Loss: A randomized controlled trial published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine in 2013 found that EFT was effective in reducing body weight, BMI, food cravings, and anxiety in overweight and obese adults. The study included 96 adults, who were randomly assigned to either an EFT group or a control group. The EFT group received eight 60-minute EFT sessions, while the control group received no treatment. The EFT group showed a significant reduction in body weight, BMI, food cravings, and anxiety, compared to the control group.

Emotional Eating: A randomized controlled trial published in the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology in 2016 found that EFT was effective in reducing emotional eating in overweight and obese women. The study included 83 women, who were randomly assigned to either an EFT group or a control group. The EFT group received four 90-minute EFT sessions, while the control group received a weight management intervention. The EFT group showed a significant reduction in emotional eating, compared to the control group.

Cravings: A randomized controlled trial published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine in 2012 found that EFT was effective in reducing food cravings in a sample of 96 adults. The study included an EFT group and a control group, with the EFT group receiving eight 60-minute EFT sessions and the control group receiving no treatment. The EFT group showed a significant reduction in food cravings, compared to the control group.

Meta-analysis: A meta-analysis of 14 studies published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine in 2017 found that EFT was effective in reducing food cravings and body weight. The studies included in the meta-analysis focused on various issues related to weight loss, including food cravings, emotional eating, and body weight. The meta-analysis found that EFT was associated with significant reductions in food cravings and body weight.
